Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Maintain and update health and safety documentation and procedures
  • Communicate with suppliers on order and delivery issues
  • Getting and sending company mail
  • Completing bank deposits and delivering deposits to the bank
  • Assist with printing of product tags and signage

  • MS Office
